Frequently Asked Questions

Q. Where are the photos I select stored?

Selected photos and the generated collage are processed only on your iPhone. Nothing is uploaded to our servers. Generated collages are saved to your photo library only when you tap "Save to Photos".

Q. Can I change the output aspect ratio?

Yes. After tapping "Save / Share as one image", a preview screen appears with a segmented picker at the top: 1:1 (square), 4:5 (Instagram portrait), or 9:16 (Stories / Reels).

Q. Can I remove ads?

The app is free and supported by banner ads, so an ad-free option is not available. To opt out of personalized advertising, go to iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking and turn off Hunt9.

Q. How many theme colors are available?

Nine: Blue, Red, Yellow, Green, Purple, Pink, Orange, White, Black. Tap the colored circle in the top left to switch.

Q. The app isn't working correctly. What should I do?

Try fully quitting and relaunching the app, or update iOS and Hunt9 to the latest versions. If the issue persists, please contact us at the email above.

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Hunt9 (the "App") handles your information.

Information We Collect

Sharing With Third Parties

We do not independently sell or provide your personal information to third parties. However, in order to serve ads, the Google AdMob SDK integrated in the App may send and share information — such as your advertising identifier (IDFA, when permitted via App Tracking Transparency), IP address, device information, and ad interaction data — with Google and its advertising partners. Such information is handled in accordance with Google's privacy policy. Users in the European Economic Area, the UK, and Switzerland are shown a consent form via a Consent Management Platform (CMP) on first launch, and can change their choice at any time within the App (Settings → Ad consent settings).

Personalized Ads / Opt-Out

To disable IDFA-based personalized advertising, go to iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking and turn off Hunt9. Ads will continue to display in non-personalized form.

Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their personal information. Children under 13 should use the App only with parental consent.

Data Retention and Deletion

The App by itself does not retain personally identifiable information on our side, so there is generally no data to delete on request. For data held by Google via AdMob, please contact Google directly. Uninstalling the App removes all local data from your device.

Changes to This Policy

This Policy may be updated as needed. Material changes will be announced on this page.
